General
These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through our webshop www.Sverigedrakter.se and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these conditions of sale shall be binding upon Sverigedräkter, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Sverigedräkter Org.No. 6304041624.
Sverigedräkter reserves the right for close-outs and any other picture, text or faulty information of items in stock. Sverigedräkter reserves the right to correct any errors at any time on this webshop. All changes has to be approved by customer prior purchase.

The agreement begins upon your confirmation from Sverigedräkter. Please save your order and confirmation number for future contact with our customer service.
Prices/Payment
Every product is shown including VAT in Swedish kronor. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, vat, shipping and method of payment.
Sverigedräkter is using Klarna Checkout, which makes it easy, flexible and secure to shop on our webshop. Submit the information required and you can choose the payment method you prefer. With Klarna you will first approve the purchase and then choose payment option;
Klarna Invoice - or with Creditcard or Bank transfer. All options secure.
If you custom order Sverigedräkter-Swedish National Costumes, you will receive an invoice and pay 50% deposit upon ordering, the rest at delivery. Payment by Bank or Paypal.
For our US wholesale customers, we will Invoice for payment by paypal or bank wire. All US dollar prices are wholesale and including custom and international freight. Contact our customer service for separate terms and Log In.
Delivery
Our normal delivery time is 1-5 weekdays with shipping of 1-2 weekdays. Customer will be notified of items not in stock where customer have to agree of proceedings. All custom order estimated 4-6 weeks delivery upon confirmed order. We ship by PostNord within Sweden with mobile or email notifications. If packages that are unclaimed and returned to sender, Sverigedräkter sill charge a fee of 150:-. Please contact our customer service if your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days.
Shipments to Europe and International, the customer will choose.
US wholesale orders are depending on order size and product availability. International freight with Fedex with 2-10 days delivery time.
Return Policy/Returns

Returning a product is to be done within 5 days of confirmation from customer service. The customer pays for return delivery, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Returned products are to be sent as letters or postal packages, and not for COD. In case of a trade, Sverigedräkter will pay for the delivery of the replacement product. In your message to us you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased the product. Sverigedräkter shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned.
You do not qualify for our return policy if:
• If you have purchased a customized product.
• Due to the physical nature of the product, it is not returnable.
• The seal of authentication of the product has been broken/opened.
• The product is damaged or it got lost due to your conduct.
Guarantees and Services
Privacy Policy
When ordering a product you will be asked to fill in you personal information. Upon purchase you agree to this information is stored in accordance with Sverigedräkter's privacy policy in order to fulfill our agreement to you as our customer. In accordance to the Swedish law of Personuppgiftslagen (198:204) you have the right to know the information Sverigedräkter have registered about your person. If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed. If this is the case please contact us by e-mail.
Force Majeure
Sverigedräkter is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements' obligations.
